Do you ship internationally?

No, we do not serve international customers.

How much will delivery cost?

We don't charge for delivery of purchases up to a certain weight. Where the weight exceeds our free delivery threshold, delivery costs will be calculated in accordance with the weight of your parcel. This will be calculated at the point of check-out.

What are the payment options?

EFT payments are accepted. The necessary banking details can be found on your invoice.

What is your return policy?

Our return policy can be found under our Policies page.

Do you offer gift cards?

Yes, gift cards can be found in our shop.

When will I receive my purchase?

Your order will reach you within 7 – 10 working days from the day that your payment reflects in our bank account (this does not apply to items being pre-ordered items). Orders are not processed if the funds are not reflecting in our bank account – in order to protect our company from fraudulent purchases. 

In the event that you have purchased an item that needs to be made according to your specifications, same will be manufactured 48 hours after the payment reflects in our account and your parcel prepared for delivery.

What does it mean to pre-order an item?

Items that are in the process of being shipped can be pre-ordered. This means that when the stock arrives at our warehouse, we will immediately take your order from the stock and have it delivered. These are usually new items being added to our store and we await delivery, or these are items already listed on our site that are out of stock. Pre-ordering an item means that you don't need to worry about it being out of stock. Please read our pre-order policy to ensure you avoid disappointment.

When will I receive a pre-ordered item?

Pre-ordered items will take longer to be delivered as they are still being shipped to our warehouse. The estimated delivery time will be given to the customer on all pre-ordered items.
